


Bailey Howell is the 2025–2026 National Miss Juneteenth USA — an artist, scholar, and cultural ambassador whose creativity inspires purpose and confidence in young people across the nation. A senior at the Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts, Bailey uses her artistic lens to empower youth to explore identity, embrace leadership, and express their stories with truth and courage.
Rooted in cultural legacy and driven by service, she represents a new generation of Cultural Ambassadors who honor the past while boldly shaping the future. Her reign stands as a testament to grace, resilience, and the transformative power of creative expression.

Through this platform, Bailey uses art as both a mirror and a movement — helping young people express who they are, confront what they carry, and imagine what they can become.

Constiana Johnson is the reigning 2025 National Jr. Miss Juneteenth USA, representing the Commonwealth of Virginia with grace, leadership, and unwavering dedication. Hailing from Williamsburg, Virginia—the Birthplace of America—Constiana carries her heritage with pride and expresses it through the art form she loves most: dance. She has been performing since the age of four, and her passion for contemporary and tap continues to shine every time she steps on stage. She dreams of becoming a dance teacher and sharing her love of movement with future generations.

At just ten years old, this bright and ambitious A-Honor Roll student from Crestview Elementary in New Boston, Texas, exemplifies excellence both in and out of the classroom. Known for her dedication, curiosity, and joyful spirit, Brooklynn continues to inspire others through her leadership, kindness, and commitment to doing her best in everything she pursues.
An adventurous and fun-loving girl, Brooklynn enjoys hiking, playing softball and volleyball, and spending time outdoors with her family. With her radiant personality, strong work ethic, and genuine love for her community, Brooklynn shines as a beacon of grace, purpose, and possibility—representing young girls everywhere who dare to dream, lead, and reign with confidence.

It recognizes the women who have carried the crown with purpose and continue to shape culture, community, and conversation long after their year of service.
Transitioning from titleholder to lifelong cultural steward, each Heiress represents the evolution of Black Girl Brilliance into sustained leadership. United by legacy, service, and sisterhood, Project: Heiress ensures that the influence of Miss Juneteenth USA is not momentary—but enduring.

Miss Saniya Gay
Before the establishment of the official Miss Juneteenth USA national program in 2023, Saniya was crowned the first National Miss Juneteenth under the National Juneteenth Observance Foundation and served as a Community Advocate & Organizational Spokesperson for the *400 years Of African American History Commission."
Her work helped uplift the spirit of Juneteenth by shining light on Black culture, community history, and youth empowerment across the United States. The Juneteenth Legacy Collective honors these early trailblazers whose presence, service, and cultural pride helped raise awareness of Juneteenth nationwide.
A shining example of Black Girl Brilliance, Saniya continues to rise as a leader both on and beyond the stage. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to empowering others embody what we call true Crown Energy—a spirit of excellence, purpose, and service that leaves an impact wherever she goes. She remains a beloved presence within the Juneteenth community, inspiring young women to lead with heart, courage, and authenticity.
